Return and Refund Policy
Instant Refund
If you request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order, we will process an instant refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Orders
- Orders Cannot Be Refunded After shipment! Once your package has been shipped you can no longer make any changes to your order!
- If the order you received matches exactly what you purchased, it is not eligible for a refund.
- Customized items (e.g., with name or number printing), used products, damaged items, or those not in their original packaging are also not eligible for a return or refund.
- If you have not purchased the customisation fee along with your order you will not be receiving your jersey with print and cannot be refunded or exchanged!
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot offer refunds or reshipments for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return Process
- Initiate Refund/Return: Contact our customer support team at support@antica.com with your order number and reason for the refund/return request.
- Return Authorization: We will provide return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
- Shipping: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the original product is returned and inspected.
